Delete your RunTV account
RunTV (operated by RunTV / G.M.) — your data, your call.
How to request deletion
- Fill out the form below with the email address you used to sign in to RunTV.
- Submit the request. We log it immediately on our server.
- Within 30 days, we delete your account and all associated personal data from our systems.
What gets deleted
- Your account email and password (Firebase Auth)
- Your display name and profile photo (if you signed in with Google)
- Your saved TV pairing codes and device names
- Your marketing-email preferences
- Any support messages or feedback you've submitted
- Your sign-in history and analytics events tied to your account
What may be retained, and why
- Anonymized analytics (aggregate counts, no identifying info) — kept indefinitely for service improvement
- Crash logs — anonymized, kept for up to 90 days for stability monitoring
- Server access logs — IP-level only, kept up to 14 days, then auto-deleted
- Information we are legally required to retain (e.g., tax records if you ever made a payment) — kept only as long as the law requires
What is NOT stored on our servers
Your IPTV/M3U URLs, custom playlists, and stream history are stored only on your device. They are never uploaded to our servers. To delete them, simply uninstall the RunTV app from your TV or clear its data in Android settings.
