Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using RunTV (the "Service"), including the website at runtv.run, the applications for Android TV, Google TV, Apple TV, iPhone, iPad, Android phone and tablet, Windows and Mac, and the mobile controller, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

RunTV is a remote control application that allows users to control televisions and other devices from a phone, tablet or computer. The Service provides tools for streaming IPTV content, browsing YouTube, viewing sports scores, stock prices, and news headlines on the TV sidebar.

3. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

• Content you stream: RunTV does not host, provide, or distribute any media content. You are responsible for ensuring that any M3U playlists, IPTV streams, or other content you access through the Service is legally obtained and licensed.
• Compliance with laws: You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations.
• Third-party services: Your use of YouTube, IPTV providers, and other third-party services through RunTV is subject to those services' own terms and conditions.
• Account credentials: Any IPTV provider credentials, Xtream Codes login information, or M3U playlist URLs you enter are your responsibility. RunTV does not verify the legality or validity of these credentials.

4. No Warranty — "As Is" Service

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to:

• Merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement
• That the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• That any content accessed through the Service will be accurate, reliable, or available
• That the Service will be compatible with your device or network

5. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL RUNTV, ITS OPERATORS, DEVELOPERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Loss of profits, data, or use
• Damages arising from unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data
• Damages arising from content or conduct of any third party on or through the Service
• Any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE (WHICH IS ZERO FOR FREE USERS).

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RunTV, its operators, developers, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights
• Any content you access, stream, or distribute through the Service

7. Content Disclaimer

RunTV is a tool, not a content provider. We do not host, upload, store, or distribute any audio, video, or media content. The Service merely provides a user interface to control supported devices and connect to user-provided sources. We are not responsible for:

• The legality, accuracy, or availability of any content accessed through the Service
• Any IPTV streams, M3U playlists, or media URLs provided by users or third parties
• YouTube content, which is owned and controlled by Google/YouTube
• Sports scores, stock data, or news content, which is sourced from third-party providers (ESPN, Yahoo Finance, Google News)

8. Intellectual Property

The RunTV name, logo, and application code are the property of RunTV. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the Service without permission.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the Service at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the jurisdiction in which RunTV operates, rather than in court. You waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
